The Forum #RaisingStandards 2025 – Coventry Arena, 5th November
Our busy month kicked off at the heart of the UK, where we had the privilege of hosting our own dedicated stand at The Forum’s flagship event. We had an excellent opportunity to showcase our demos in person to a captivated audience. The energy was electric as guests experienced our solutions in action, sparking conversations that reminded us why we do what we do.
Contact Centre Expo – London, 19th & 20th November
The momentum carried us to London, where we joined forces with our friends at The Forum on their stand. Throughout the expo, we had the incredible opportunity to present our GenAI solutions live, demonstrating the tangible future of customer experience. A personal highlight was once again watching The Forum’s inspiring leaders take the stage, reinforcing the standards we all strive to elevate together.

The Crown Jewel: ECCCSA Awards Night – London, 25th November
The month culminated in a night of pure magic at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards. Surrounded by the best in the industry, we felt an immense sense of pride and gratitude. Together with our trusted partner, Emovis, we stepped into the spotlight to accept the Bronze Award—a shared triumph for the ‘Most Effective Application of Technology to Enhance the Customer Experience.’"
To be recognised in such a category, on a European stage, was more than an tribute—it was a validation of our shared vision and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Gratitude in Reflection
