From a Dream to the European Stage: Our Award Winning Story

It feels like only yesterday we were a small team with a big idea: to redefine customer experience through technology. The road’s been a winding one, and at times the challenges many! Today, we look back with pride on we’ve achieved. 

In partnership with our incredible customer Emovis, we are honoured to have been awarded the Bronze Award for ‘Most Effective Application of Technology to Enhance the Customer Experience’ at the prestigious European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA). We were also shortlisted for another award too for our partnership with Emovis too!

To be recognised on a European stage, competing against established industry leaders from over 40 countries, is a moment we will cherish. This award is a testament to every late night, every solved problem, and every great conversation with our customers.

Its foundation are built in partnership with Emovis. Their trust, collaboration, and shared vision were the catalysts that brought this project to life and onto that prestigious stage in London. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
