Our year began with a major triumph. In partnership with Emovis, we were honoured with The Forum Partnership Award. The judgesโ summary perfectly captured the essence of our collaborative success: โThis customer took a leap of faith to work with a small start-up organisation to deliver a chat bot to assist their customers with payments. This was a great decision, delivering significant ROI and a brilliant solution for customers.'' This award underscored our ability to deliver exceptional value and innovation as a trusted partner.
European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCSCA) โ Double Recognition (November 2025) ๐ ๐
We ended the year with an incredible standout performance at the prestigious ECCSCA in London, where we competed against the best from over 40 countries. Our partnership with Emovis was again in the spotlight, earning us a crack at 2 two fiercely competitive categories. Here's how we did:
Bronze Award Winner: Most Effective Application of Technology to Enhance the Customer Experience. We took home the bronze medal, a testament to the tangible, positive impact our solution has on end-users.
Finalist: Greatest Impact of AI by an Outsourcer. Being named a finalist in this category highlighted our specialised prowess and significant influence in applying artificial intelligence within the outsourcing sector.
Showcasing Innovation on the National Stage ๐ฌ๐
Beyond the awards ceremonies, 2025 was a year of active engagement, where we brought our solutions directly to industry peers and leaders.
The Forum #RaisingStandards Conference (Coventry, 5th November): We hosted a dynamic stand, giving attendees the chance to see our GenAI demos in action, fostering hands-on understanding and excitement about our technologyโs capabilities.
Contact Centre & Customer Service Expo (London, 19th-20th November): As guests on The Forumโs stand, we had a prime opportunity to showcase our GenAI solutions to a supreme crowd of industry professionals, further expanding our network and influence.
Looking Forward ๐
At home we welcomed onboard new team members, and some fabulous new clients. It's testament and validation of our teamโs hard work, our innovative approach, and the powerful results we deliver. As the year draws to a close we also launched a brand new process automation tool AI automation+ โข๏ธ and within weeks it was successfully processing 1000s of customer documents securely around the clock for 2 new services! ๐ค๐ค
