Forum Frank Takes Centre Stage in Newcastle

A big thank you to The Forum for putting on yet another brilliant annual conference get-together in Newcastle. From start to finish, the atmosphere was full of great conversations, energy, and company.

We’re especially grateful to The Forum team for showcasing Forum Frank and encouraging attendees to step up, have a chat, and put him to the test. Our Frank took a real grilling from the conference visitors but passed with flying colours! Showing true Yorkshire grit, Frank handled every question thrown at him with ease. Many tried, but one thing became clear throughout the day: you can't beat Frank!

From streamlining claims journeys to enabling seamless multilingual support across chat and voice channels, it was clear that organisations are actively seeking smarter, more scalable ways to engage their customers.
