Cnect Wales Launches Lyra, a Multilingual AI Assistant Developed by Digital Language Partners
New virtual assistant enhances accessibility, engagement and multilingual support
Cnect Wales has partnered with Digital Language Partners (DLP) to launch Lyra, a multilingual AI-powered virtual assistant designed to improve accessibility, engagement and access to information across its digital channels.
Available 24/7, Lyra communicates in Welsh, English and more than 135 additional languages, enabling members, prospective members and website visitors to quickly access information on services, events, training programmes and industry support.
